1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Processing time includes order verification, tailoring, packaging, and shipping.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping location. You will see the shipping options and costs at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days 
    • Free shipping on orders over $200.00

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders, including:

  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • UPS

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

5. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to US only

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship outside US
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or missing shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. However, if your package has been marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier for assistance.
